If a start signal is input before that, [TEST] is printed out to indicate that the timer is
ready for the input of a start signal.
* By disabling [Countdown display], countdown of time before start will not be displayed
on the scoreboard.

⑤ The difference between the scheduled and actual
start times is calculated.

("Diff.") is calculated and displayed.
* If the actual start time is earlier or later than the scheduled start time, "-" or "+" is
attached before the time difference, respectively.
⑥ Measure the time.
