2 Getting Started
Before archiving documents, please make sure that there are available hard disk space
more than three times of original data size.
The archived file contains all documents you specified to the archive, but you cannot open
the documents on your client computer.
You can create an archived file that contains documents in same folder and box.
You cannot create an archived file that contains more than 2 GB data.
Do not close the main window and child window by clicking the [X] button. If you did, down-
loading the archived documents becomes impossible. If you close the window by clicking
the [X] button, turn off and on the power of the equipment.
To upload the archived file to the e-Filing, please refer to the following section.

Downloading an archived document
The following procedure describes an example of how to download an archived document when
using the Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Click the [Documents] tab.
The Documents tab page is displayed.

In the Documents frame, select a box or folder that contains the
document you want to archive.

If you select a box that is protected with a password, the Password
Authentication window appears. Enter the password in the "Box
Password" field and click [OK].
You can also enter the administrator password to open the user box instead of the box
password.
