12. Removal of the CW unit and CW
PCB ASSY
1. Remove the top cover and front ASSY following "1.
Removal of the top cover and front ASSY."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following "2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASSY."
3. Remove the ballast ASSY following "3. Removal of the
lamp power unit."
4. Remove the optical unit following "4. Removal of the
optical unit."
5. Remove the one screw (a) and two screws (b) as
shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
6. Remove the CW cover1 as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
7. Remove the one screw (c) as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
8. Remove the CW cover2 as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
9. Remove the two screws (d) as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
10. Remove the CW ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
11.Remove the two screws (e) as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
12. Remove the CW unit as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
13. Remove the two screws (f) as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
14. Remove the CW PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-12-1.
