5. Removal of the optical unit

1. Remove the front cover and back cover following "1.
Removal of the front cover and back cover".
2. Remove the top cover following "2. Removal of the
top cover".
3. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following "3. Removal
of the MAIN PCB ASSY and motor fan (exhaust)".
4. Remove the ballast board following "4. Removal of
the lamp power unit".
5. Remove the four screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-5.
6. Remove the optical unit as shown in Fig. 2-5.
6. Removal of the POWER PCB
ASSY

2. Remove the top cover following "2. Removal of the
top cover".
3. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following "3. Removal

5. Remove the optical unit following "5. Removal of the
optical unit".
6. Remove the fi ve screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-6.
7. Remove the POWER PCB ASSY as shown in Fig.
2-6.
