OBTAINING WARNING HISTORY
Outline
Display the warning history of the projector using the
program. Before displaying the warning history, install DLP
Composer (TM) Lite and make necessary preparations.

Operating conditions

Microsoft
®
Windows
®
98/Me/XP shall operate correctly.
(The program doesn't run on Windows
98, use SE or later.)
A display device supporting VGA (640 x 480) or above is
required.
Necessary files
The following files are necessary to run the program.
- [DLP Composer (TM) Lite] : Program for download
- [MelcoService_ddp2000_060316a.projector] : file
- [BP_DDP2000_Library_35] : folder

Operation procedure

1. Connect the projector and the personal computer (on
which Microsoft
®
Windows
has been installed).
2. Start Microsoft
®
Windows
on the personal computer.
3. Install DLP Composer (TM) Lite and make necessary
preparations referring to INSTALLATION OF DLP
COMPOSER (TM) LITE AND PREPARATIONS.
Note: When this step has already been performed, you
may skip it.
4. Install MelcoService_ddp2000_060316a.projector
referring to INSTALLATION OF DLP COMPOSER (TM)
LITE AND PREPARATIONS.
Note: Perform this step only when you already installed
DLP Composer (TM) Lite and made necessary
preparations before performing this procedure.
5. Start DLP Composer (TM) Lite.
6. Put the projector into the standby mode and press the
MENU, ENTER, and COMPUTER buttons at the same
time. The LED STATUS indicator will blink orange once.
7. Select [Projector Control]-[Mitsubishi Service] of DLP
Composer (TM) Lite.

Select [Projector Control]-[Mitsubishi Service].

Click the [Get] button of [History 1], [History 2],
or [History 3].

8. The failure code corresponding to the button you
pressed is displayed.
- History 1 : The latest failure is displayed.
- History 2 : The second latest failure is displayed.
- History 3 : The third latest failure is displayed.
9. Check the failure referring to the code displayed in step
8 and the table below.
