Trigger Switch Lockout

Removing
– Remove the right half of the
handle, b 7.5

: Remove the trigger switch
lockout (1), making sure the
torsion spring (2) does not drop
out.
– If necessary, remove the torsion
spring from the trigger switch

lockout.

– Inspect the trigger switch lockout
and torsion spring, replace as
necessary.
Installing

: Fit the torsion spring (1) in the
trigger switch lockout (2).
The leg of the spring locates
between the webs (3) and the wall
of the trigger switch lockout.
BGA 85

: Fit the trigger switch lockout (1) in
the bearing point (2).
: Locate the torsion spring from
above on the housing ridge (3).
– Install the right half of the handle,
b 7.5

Trigger

Removing
– Remove the right half of the
handle, b 7.5
– Remove the trigger switch
lockout, b 7.6
– Take the switch out of the
housing, b 9.2

: Pull the trigger (1) off the pivot
pin (2).
– Check the trigger and replace it if
necessary
Installing

: Fit the trigger (1) on the pivot
pin (2).
– Install the switch, b 9.2.
– Reassemble all other parts in the
reverse sequence.
