For the model FKC 36:
•
after unscrewing the front wings nut, pull out the anchor screws (detail 1) then slip off the N° 2 steel
strips (detail 2). In this way also the rear blade can be replaced (detail 3).
•
insert new blades; position the steel strips and secure them with the screws and wings nut. Finally
provide for the squeegee adjustment, as described in paragraph "Squeegee adjustment"
To mount the squeegee, position it within the appropriate places, in the rear of the machine, tighten the
N° 2 fixing wheels and attach the suction hose.
18.3
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
In addition to the preliminary checks, the machine requires constant checks and controls to be carried out
within the deadline indicated in the first column of the table here below.

• Clean the recovery tank and the filter of motor suction.
• Clean the filter located at the entrance of the clean water tank from

To perform these cleaning operations do not use corrosive substances
and high pressure water jets
• Check the cleanliness of the exhaust and intake pipes and the
