Dismantling and replacement

Dangerous electrical voltage
Possibility of cardiac arrhythmia, burns, shock!
" Use suitable, insulated tools for all work on electrically conductive
parts.
" Never interpret the extinguishing of all LEDs on the weld timer as
zero voltage.
" Please note that the voltage inside the unit directly after switching
off the mains supply of the weld timer has not been reduced to a
harmless level yet.
Do not touch either mains or transformer connections for at least 5
"
minutes after switching the mains supply of the weld timer off.
" Use suitable measuring equipment and an appropriate measu­
ring method to ensure that the unit is de-energized before carrying
out any work on the unit.
Heavy loads and sharp metal edges
Higher risk of injuries through lifting of excessive weights, bruises
or cutting!
When you plan and perform the work, please always note the
"
weight of the product (refer to technical data) and use appropriate
lifting and transportation tools, if necessary.
Wear appropriate working clothes and use suitable protective
"
equipment (e.g. protective helmet/shoes, protective gloves).
Please also note the instructions on installation and assembly in
"
Section 2.6.3 on page 100 et seq. as well as Section 3.2 on page 107
et seq.
" Installation and assembly are reserved to qualified personnel.
