Electrical connection

Heavy loads and sharp metal edges
Higher risk of injuries through lifting of excessive weights, bruises
or cutting!
"
When you plan and perform the work, please always note the
weight of the product (refer to technical data) and use appropriate
hoisting and transportation equipment, if necessary.
Wear appropriate working clothes and use suitable protective
"
equipment (e.g. protective helmet/shoes, protective gloves).
Dangerous electrical voltage
Possibility of cardiac arrhythmia, burns, shock!
"
The electrical connection may only be made by a skilled electri
cian who observes the valid safety regulations, the mains voltage
and the maximum current consumption of the plant sections.
Use suitable, insulated tools for all electrical connection work.
"
"
Please note that the voltage inside the unit of the controlling elec
tronic system directly after switching off the mains supply has not
been reduced to a harmless level yet.
Before working on the primary connection of the welding trans
former, the inverter must be de-energized and its DC link must
have been discharged. When the inverter power supply has been
switched off, you should therefore wait for at least 5 minutes be
fore working on the primary circuit.
"
Use suitable measuring equipment and an appropriate measu
ring method to ensure that the respective unit is de-energized be
fore carrying out any work on the unit.
Insufficient PE conductor system
Reduction of personal/plant safety!
"
The product must be connected to the PE conductor system of the
plant correctly.
"
Make sure that the conductor cross-section of the PE conductor is
of sufficient size.
"
The electrical continuity of the PE conductor system must be veri
fied in accordance with EN 60204 Part 1.
