PURGE TRANSMISSION

To ensure proper operation and performance, it is rec om-
mend ed that the transmission be purged before op er at ing
tractor for the first time. This pro ce dure will remove any trapped
air inside the trans mis sion which may have de vel oped during
ship ping of your tractor.
IMPORTANT: SHOULD YOUR TRANSMISSION RE QUIRE
REMOVAL FOR SERVICE OR RE PLACE MENT, IT SHOULD
BE PURGED AF TER REIN STALLATION BEFORE OP ER-
AT ING THE TRAC TOR.
• Park tractor on level surface so it will not roll in any direc-
tion. Parking brake must be disengaged for the following
procedure.
• Disengage transmission by placing freewheel con trol in
free wheel ing position.
• Start engine and move throttle control to slow position.
Be sure parking brake is not engaged.
• Depress forward drive pedal to full forward position, hold
for five (5) seconds and release pedal. Depress reverse
drive pedal to full reverse position, hold for five (5) seconds
and release pedal. Repeat this procedure three (3) times.
• Stop tractor by turning ignition key to "OFF" po si tion.
• Engage transmission by placing freewheel control in
driving po si tion.
• Start engine and move throttle control to slow position.
• Drive tractor forward for approximately five feet then back-
wards for five feet. Repeat this driving procedure three times.
• Your tractor is now ready for normal operation.
Turn the ignition key to "START position".
NOTE
Do not run the start motor more than 5 sec onds at once. If the
engine will not start, wait about 10 sec onds before the next try.

Let the ignition key return to the "ON" position when the en-
gine has started Push the gas control to the re quired speed.
For cutting: full gas.

TRANSMİSYONUN BOŞALTILMASI

transmisyonun içinde sıkışmış olabilecek havayı boşaltmayı
sağlayacaktır.
ÖNEMLİ: TRANSMİSYONUNUZUN SERVİS VEYA
DEĞİŞTİRME İŞLEMİ İÇİN ÇIKARILMASI GEREKİRSE,
TRAKTÖRÜ TEKRAR ÇALIŞTIRMADAN ÖNCE YENİDEN
MONTAJ SONRASINDA BOŞALTILMASI GEREKİR.
• Her hangi bir yöne kaymaması için traktörünüzü düz
bir zemine park edin. El freni, aşağıdaki prosedür için
indirilmelidir.
• Avara kasnağı kontrolünü boşa dönme konumuna getir-
erek transmisyonu devre dışı bırakın.
• Motoru çalıştırın ve gaz kontrolünü yavaş konumuna
getirin. El freninin çekilmemiş olduğundan emin olun.
İleri hareket pedalını tam ileri konumuna bastırın, beş (5)
•
saniye bu konumda tutun ve pedalı bırakın. Geri hareket
pedalını tam geri konumuna bastırın, beş (5) saniye bu
konumda tutun ve pedalı bırakın. Bu prosedürü üç (3)
kez tekrarlayın.
• Kontak anahtarını "OFF" konumuna getirerek traktörü
durdurun.
• Avara kasnağı kontrolünü sürüş konumuna getirerek
transmisyonu devreye sokun.
• Motoru çalıştırın ve gaz kontrolünü yavaş konumuna
getirin.
• Traktörü yaklaşık bir buçuk metre ileri doğru sürün ve
daha sonra geriye doğru bir buçuk metre sürün. Bu sürüş
prosedürünü üç kez tekrarlayın.
• Traktörünüz böylece normal kullanım için hazırdır.
