Olymnus Imagwg America Inc ("Olympus"1 warrants that the enclosed
Olympus® Imaging productls) and related Olympus® accessories (Individually a
'Product" a'ld collectively the ·Products·) will be free from defects In matenals
and workmanShip under normal use and service for a peflod of one (1) year from
the date of purchase If any Product proves to be defective within the one-year
warranty penod. the customer trust return the defective Product to an Olympus
Service Center listed below (See 'WHERE TO SEND PRODUCT FOR
SERVICE'I. follow rg the procedure set forth oelow ISee 'WHAT TO DO WHEN
SERVICE IS NEEDED". However. It IS recomn~ended that the Customer Oust call
Olympus s Consumer Support Department at 1-800-622-6372. to attempt to
determine the nature of the problem, Olympus. at tS sole discretion. will repair.

The customer must transfer any Image or other aata saved on a Product to
another Image or data storage medium and/or remove any him from the
Product pr or to send ng the Product to Olympus for service IN NO EVENT
SHALL OLYMPUS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAVING. KEEPING OR
MAINTAINING ANY IMAGE OR DATA SAVED ON A PRODUCT RECEiVED
BY IT FOR SERVICE. OR ON ANY FILM CONTAINED WITHIN A PRODUCT
RECEIVED BY IT FOR SERVICE. NOR SHALL OLYMPUS BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES IN THE EVENT ANY IMAGE OR DATA IS LOST OR
IMPAIRED WHILE SERVICE IS BEING PERFORMED (INCLUDING, WiTHOUT
LIMITATION. DIRECT. INDIRECT. INCIDENTAL. CONSEOUENTIAL OR
