    Initial Start-up Initial Start-up For initial start-up of the tank see Operating Instructions and User’s Information Manual of tank. See Installation Instruction Supplement supplied with tank. 1. Connect anode testing device (testing range of up to 5 mA) between insertion tap grounding cable in series.
