Starting the Heating System
Legend
A ON/OFF switch
B ON indicator (green)
C Fault indicator (red)
Ask your heating contractor about the following:
H Boiler and relevant control unit type
H Level of the required system pressure
H Position of the following components:
– Temperature/pressure gauge
– Gas shut-off valve
– Air vent
1. Check the heating system pressure at the pressure
gauge. If the pressure of the heating system is too low,
top up the water or notify your heating contractor.
2. Open the gas shut-off valve on every boiler.
3. Switch ON the power supply, e.g. at a separate MCB/
fuse or a mains isolator.
Note: The ON/OFF switches of the lag boiler sections
must be switched ON during system commissioning.
