To get your TV's detected in CMND you
need to change 'SmartInstall.org' with the
IP address of your CMND server. For
example:

o [TVDiscoveryService]:
Service is the Web Service through which
a Web Server will detect the presence of
TVs in the IP Network using the TV Serial
Number and Production code (and other
data). You can put this option [Off] or [On]
o [ProfessionalSettingsService]:
Professional Settings Services allows
changing or requesting the current
Professional Settings Parameters. You can
put this option [Off] or [On]
o [IPUpgradeService]:
cloning and software update of the TV
over IP via CMND, this can be put [Off] or
[On]
o [PMSService]: This will allow the PMS
feature to communicate, this can be put
[Off] or [On]
 Navigate to the [WebListeningServices]
menu and open it
 Web Listening Services is a mechanism to
exchange information from the server to the
TV. This enable a small server to run inside
the TV which listens to services sent from the
server. This allows features as forcing the TV
to upgrade, change the power state or
display personal information
 You will see below items:
o [PowerService]: PowerService feature
shall enable to remotely Request for the
current status of the TV or change the
Power Status of the TV, this can be put
[Off] or [On]
o [TVDiscoveryService]:
