Hole Punch
Select this to punch holes on printouts as they are ejected from the equipment.
Hole punch printing is only available when the Hole Punch Unit is installed.
Select [Print] from the [File] menu of the application.

Set the position of the holes in [Hole Punch] from the [Finishing] menu.

Hole Punch
Off: Prints without hole punches.
Long Edge Punch without rotation: Punches holes on the left side for a portrait document, or on the top for a
landscape document.
Short Edge Punch without rotation: Punches holes on the top for a portrait document, or on the right for a
landscape document.
Long Edge Punch with 180 degree rotation: Punches holes on the right side for a portrait document, or on
the bottom for a landscape document.
Short Edge Punch with 180 degree rotation: Punches holes on the bottom for a portrait document, or on the
left for a landscape document.
Set other print functions, and then select this equipment from [Printer].
