Finishing

Setting Item
Department Code
Select whether or not the user needs to enter a department code.
User name (Alias)
Enter a nickname that is displayed on the Private Print job list,
Hold Print job list, and Multi Station Print job list.
Project Code
Enter the project code.
Print Mode
Sets the print job type.
Distinguish thin lines
Select to print thin lines clearly.
Do not print blank
Select whether or not to print blank pages.

Destination
Select the destination tray.
Media Type
Set the media type.
Stapling
Sets whether or not a print job is stapled.
Hole Punch
Sets whether or not a print job is hole punched.
Folding
Select to fold paper when it is ejected after data is printed
according to the set print options.
Color Type
Sets whether a print job is printed in color or black mode.
Halftone
Sets how to print halftones.
Toner Save
Prints in the toner save mode.
Image Type
Sets how colors are printed by selecting the job type.
Black Overprint
Select when printing background content that has black text
overlaid on it.
PostScript Overprint
Select to overprint an object that has been set in an application.
Auto Trapping
Enables Auto Trapping. This modifies the size of objects so that
two colors printed next to each other overlap slightly to avoid
white spaces.
Pure Black and Gray
Select whether or not to print the black and gray scale contents
in a document using black toner.
Resolution
Sets the resolution.
Red Seal Color Mode
Select to enhance color reproducibility for red seals (orient
signature).
Color Balance
Adjusts the density of each color for printing. You can set from -4
to 4.
Image Attribute
Sets the sharpness, brightness, contrast, saturation, and
background adjustment.
RGB
Select the RGB source profile.
CMYK
Select the CMYK source profile.
Apply to Device Color
Select this to prioritize color profiles embedded in the image.

Destination Profile
Select the destination profile.
Rendering Intent
Select an image processing method for color space conversion.
Revert to defaults
Returns Advanced Color Settings to their defaults.
Use these settings
Saves the Advanced Color Settings and returns you to the Color
Settings 1 menu.
