2.PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS
 Enhancing images (Resolution)
Sets the resolution for printing.
Display the [Image Quality] tab menu.

For color MFP, click [Setting], and then select the [Basic] tab.

Specify a value in [Resolution].

600dpi: Prints in 600 x 600 dpi.
1200dpi: Prints in 1200 x 1200 dpi.
600 x 1200dpi: Prints in 600 x 1200 dpi.
 [1200dpi] is only available when printing on the following models using the Universal Printer 2 (PostScript) /
Universal PS3 printer driver.
- e-STUDIO5005AC Series
 [600 x 1200dpi] is only available when printing on the following models using the Universal Printer 2
(PostScript) / Universal PS3 printer driver.
- e-STUDIO2500AC Series
 When [Photograph] or [Presentation] is selected from [Image Quality Type] on the [Image Quality] tab,
[1200dpi] and [600 x 1200dpi] are not available.
 The following function is not available when printing at [1200dpi].
- Auto Trapping
 When [600 x 1200dpi] is selected, the following functions are not available.
- Rotate sort
- Auto Trapping
 Printing speed may be reduced if you select [1200dpi] or [600 x 1200dpi].
 When [600 x 1200 dpi] is selected, the paper of different direction function for the automatic change of paper
source is not available.
 If the envelope or non-standard size paper is used, the automatic change of paper source is available only
when the paper is set with its long-edge at the front in the drawer unless [600 dpi] is selected.

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.
