Selecting a Zone and Talkgroup on the Mobile Radio
You Do
1. Press the Zone Button (1) or
select ZONE from the menu.
2. Rotate the Mode Selector (D) to
scroll to the desired Zone.
3. Press the Select Button (13) when
the desired Zone is displayed.
4. Rotate the Mode Selector (D) to
scroll to the desired Talkgroup.
5. Stop rotating the Mode Selector
when the desired Talkgroup is
displayed.

The Mobile Radio Does
The Zone portion of the display will
begin to flash.
The display will scroll through the
available Zones: A, B, C, D, E, F, G or H.
The Zone stops flashing.
The display will scroll through the
Talkgroups in the selected Zone.
The radio will send and receive trans-
missions within the displayed
Talkgroup.
