3.4 Commissioning

3.4.1 Procedure

1. Turn on the air supply to the positioner.
2. Connect the bus with arbitrary polarity (or auxiliary power 9 V DC ... 32 V DC)
to the bus terminals.

ons of the sensor's operating range above and below the center point are
nearly identical. Make sure to use the rotation angle of the position sen-
sor in the positioner to its utmost extent. Refer to chapter 3.1 "Mechani-
cal mounting" for details about how to readjust/correct if required.
