Connecting to a monitor or a TV

Playback image quality depends on the type of monitor or TV, and the jacks used to make the
connection.
b Notes
• Video signals cannot be output from the output jacks above simultaneously.
• Make sure that the Earth connection between the camcorder and external devices is securely grounded
before turning on the power.
(It is recommended that the camcorder and external devices be turned on after connecting the 75 Ω
coaxial cables.)
If you need to connect an external device with devices in the powered state, connect the 75 Ω coaxial
cable to the external device and then connect to the camcorder.
