The butter should be soft not hard. Stir the soft butter with sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one after another.
While stirring, add the sour cream and vanilla sugar. Finally stir in the flour together with baking soda.

Place all ingredients in the bowl, and mix them, till it is ready.

1. P lace the flour, salt and yeast into stainless steel bowl and using the flat beater, on Speed 2*, mix for a few

seconds.
2. C hange to the dough hook, and on Speed 2*, add the olive oil, then gradually add the water and begin to
knead. Knead for 1 minute on this speed, if dough looks too dry add a little more water.
3. Cover bowl with a wrap and leave to rise in a dry, set it aside for 1 hour.
4. U sing the dough hook accessory, knead the dough again (Note: Add a little extra flour if dough looks too
sticky).
5. The dough is now ready for adding extra toppings.
6. Bake in a 220 degree oven for 15-20 mins.
(the above makes 2 bases)
*Do not exceed Speed 2 when preparing yeast dough. This may damage the mixer.
