• All terminals have basic isolation (single insulating distance).
• Protection against contact can only be ensured with additional measures (i.e. double insulation).

Black
If controller is located at either end of the network, a terminating resistor (120 ohm,

metal film, 1/4 Watt) should be connected across CAN_L and CAN_H.
Bare
Terminal 3 is not connected to Earth ground.
If controller is located at either end of the network, a terminating resistor (120 ohm,
White
metal film, 1/4 Watt) should be connected across CAN_L and CAN_H.
