SPA Phone User Guide
Retrieving voicemails (Externally):
0208 069 0000.
To retrieve a voicemail when you are not able to access the VoIP system, dial
You will be asked to enter your phone number; this is the DDI, or External number for the extension
you wish to check voicemails for.
Example:
Internal
Extension : 6220 /
External
DDI : 01483472200
You will then be asked to enter your access code.
You will then be able to use the system as normal, navigating through menus using the keypad.

Using the personal directory:

On the home screen, press the DIR button (Button 2), to open the personal directory.
Press the number 1 button on the keypad to add an entry.
Fill in the name using the keypad, the same way in which a SMS (Text) is written on a Mobile Phones
numeric keypad.
Example: Press
twice to type the letter "k", or
four times to type the letter "s".
Then enter the number you wish to save in the Personal Directory, and press SAVE (Button 1).
The number will now appear in the directory.
