Loading the Envelope Feeder

Lift the envelope pressure plate
pull out the auxiliary tray gently until it
clicks into place
NOTE
• Pull the auxiliary tray out regardless of the
type of envelopes you are loading.

Set the envelope side guides to a position
slightly wider than the width of the enve-
lopes.

Set the stack of envelopes on a flat sur-
face and press down on the stack to
remove the air, then make sure the edges
are creased and the envelopes are flat.
