Maintaining your locomotive
Y our steam tender is illuminated by one
lamp located in the rear of the tender
body. During the course of normal operation,
the lamp may require replacement.
Carefully remove the four body screws
located on the four corners of the frame.
Carefully lift the shell away from the frame.
Take care with the various wiring assemblies
connected to the shell. Find the assembly

containing the expired lamp. Remove the
bulb and replace it with Lionel part No. 610-
8082-019. The lamp is available from your
Authorized Lionel Service Center or Lionel
Service. See the Lionel Service section on
page 24 for more information. Reinstall the
tender body and the four screws taking care
to not pinch any wires during reassembly.
