STEAMING (Manual Control)

1.
Add appropriate amount of water
into the inner pot. The amount
of water varies according to the
quantity of food steamed. Ensure
that the water level does not exceed
the height of the steamer. Insert
the steamer into the inner pot and
place the food on the plate or on the
steam tray.

start the cooking. The indicator will
switch to "Cook"
Note: To ensure even steaming, the food
should be spread out evenly and
should not be piled up.

up the control lever, switch off the
mains and remove the mains plug
from the wall socket.
Note: Use a kitchen glove or a cloth to
carefully remove the steamed food
from the plate or steam tray, as the
plate and the steam tray are very
hot.
