Possible cause
The oven was operated for
a long period without the
setting being changed.
The temperature sensor
has failed.
Faulty mains connection.
The electronic circuits have
overheated.
Communication error
The lock on the oven door
is defective.
The oven door release
mechanism is faulty.
Data error
A button has been pressed
for too long or a button has
jammed.
The oven has become too
hot.
Repairs may only be carried out by fully trained
after sales service technicians.
Incorrect repairs may result in serious injury to the
user.
Comments/remedy
Switch off the function selector.
Contact the after sales service.
Switch off the fuse in the fuse box and
connect the cooker properly.
The cooling fan is operating. Er3" will
clear after cooling and the cooker will
heat again.
Switch the oven fuse off in the fuse box,
wait approximately 20 seconds and
then switch it on again. Reset the time.
If this error occurs frequently, call
customer services.
Switch off the function selector.
Call the after sales service.
All other oven functions can be used.
