The oven has a childproof lock to prevent children
switching it on accidentally or changing the setting.
Press the p key button until Childproof lock active"
and the p symbol appear in the display. This will take
approximately 4 seconds.
The oven cannot be set. A setting cannot be
changed.
N.B. The current setting is cleared if the function
selector is turned to zero for longer than 2 seconds.
The childproof lock remains activated.
You may change the basic settings so that the oven
door is also locked. See the Basic settings" section
for how to do this.
If you activate the childproof lock during oven
operation, the oven door will lock if the temperature
inside the oven is higher than 50 ºC. The S symbol
also appears in the display.
Press the p key button until the text and symbols are
cleared. You can operate the oven again and open
the oven door.
Press key button" appears in the text display if you
wish to set the oven when the childproof lock is
activated. Release the lock.
If you have forgotten to switch off the oven, the
automatic time limiter will be activated. Oven
operation will be interrupted. The time when this
happens depends on the selected temperature or grill
setting.
