OWNERS SERVICE ASSISTANCE

Service Assistance

Your satisfaction with your inflatable product is important to your dealer and to
us. If you ever have a problem, question, or concern about your inflatable boat
or outboard motor, contact your dealer or any authorized Mercury Marine
dealership. If additional assistance is required, take these steps.
1. Talk with the dealership's sales manager or service manager. If this has
already been done, then contact the owner of the dealership.
2. If your question, concern, or problem cannot be resolved by your
dealership, please contact the Mercury Marine Service Office for
assistance. Mercury Marine will work with you and your dealership to
resolve all problems.
The following information will be needed by the service office:
Your name and address
Your daytime telephone number
The model and serial number of your outboard
The model and serial number of your inflatable boat
The name and address of your dealership
The nature of the problem
