Warranty
5 year limited warranty on structural frame components and frame welds.
1 year warranty – The Meuris Club Recliner is fully guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date
of purchase against faults arising due to defects in manufacture or materials.
Pride will repair or replace at our option, parts found upon examination by an authorised
representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship
Not covered under warranty
The following parts are classed as wear items, which may under normal wear and tear require
replacing. These items are not therefore covered under warranty: all fabric. Warranty will also be
refused if damage is deemed to have been caused through misuse or accident for which Pride
Mobility Products Australia Pty. Ltd. cannot be deemed responsible.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
