To access the Samba page, click on the Advanced menu link, at the top, and then click on the Samba menu link, on the left.
On this page the user can configure services related to the Samba connectivity of this
product.
In this section we can configure the Samba server parameters for this router.
USB Storage: This parameter displays the status of the USB storage device that is
inserted into the USB port of this router.
Enable Samba: Select this option to enable the Samba server feature.
NetBios Name: Enter the NetBIOS name used here.
Directory Name: Enter the directory name used here.
Charset: Select the characters set that should be used for this configuration here.
The only option available for selection is UTF8.
Click the Apply/Save button to accept the changes made.
Click the Unplug USB button to safely remove the USB storage device from the USB port.
