while on a
phone call.
1. During a phone conversation, press the menu key.
Or you can press the notepad icon (see the bottom of Figure 14-3, earlier
in this chapter); if you do, then go to Step 3.
2. Touch-press Notes.
The Notes screen appears.
3. Type notes for the conversation, as shown in Figure 14-5.
When the call ends, the notes are automatically saved for you.

Accessing phone notes

From the Call History list, you can access notes you've made during a call. In
addition, you can edit and add new notes. Follow these steps:
1. Press the green send key.
The Phone application opens.
2. Touch-press the call log tab and highlight a call log (see Figure 14-6).
3. Press the menu key and touch-press View History.
The View Call Log opens for the highlighted call (see Figure 14-7).
4. Press the menu key and choose one of the following:
• Add Notes: If the call has no notes
• Edit Notes: If the call already has notes
