COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

Your EX 3.0 utilizes a magnetic braking system to create resistance for your workout. You control the
amount and pattern of this resistance by means of the advanced computer console mounted at the center of
the handrail. We recommend that you use this computer console to vary your workout from session to
session and note your progress toward your fitness goals. When used regularly in this way, the computer
console can become an important source of motivation and interest which will help keep you on track toward
achieving your fitness goals.
ATTENTION:
For protecting the magnetic braking system, if the pedaling speed is lower
than 20 RPM during workout, the system will release the braking resistance automatically. It
is for helping you to speed up again. The resistance will reach back to the preset workload
