The Admin: Diagnostics Screen

Use this screen to perform ping and traceroute tests on IP addresses or URLs.
Click Admin > Diagnostics. The following screen displays.

Use the relevant row to permit or forbid remote
management via the relevant protocol.
Select On to permit remote management via the
Select Off to forbid remote management via the
relevant protocol.
Select Enabled to permit remote management, for all
protocols, from computers with IP addresses in the
range specified.
Select Disabled to allow computers with any IP
address to manage the CGNVM remotely.
Click this to save your changes to the fields in this
screen.
Click this to return the fields in this screen to their last-
saved values without saving your changes.
Click this to see information about the fields in this
screen.
