Before installing, operating, maintenance or inspecting this product, thoroughly read and understand this manual and the associated manuals. Also pay careful attention to handle the module properly and safety. This manual classifies the safety precautions into two categories: Indicates that incorrect handling may cause hazardous conditions, resulting in death or severe injury.
