5.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
GLASS IS FRAGILE - IT IS HEAT RESISTANT BUT NOT FORCE RESISTANT.
Overnight burn, all dampers need to be used as follows –
Both dampers on door fully closed.
Thermostat turned down to zero, restricting the air feed into the stove.
Overnight burn will also depend on the fuel you are burning and the draught on your chimney, you
will need to try a number of situations and fuels to see what works best for you.
The automatic stove damper is to allow you to set the desired temperature, once set it will work
automatically when the fire dies down allowing the automatic stove damper flap to open
increasing the air flow into the stove bringing the temperature back up to the desired setting –
refuelling is very important to keep the desired temperature to the water and radiators.
