Send Messages
Send a group text message (SMS)
To write and send text messages (SMS) to a group, follow these steps:
Create a custom group
To create a caller group, follow these steps:
1. From the start screen, tap the People tile.
2. Touch and hold the desired group.
3. Tap members.
4. Tap the + plus sign.
5. Tap to select the desired contact.
6. Tap the Check mark icon.
7. Repeat as necessary to add more members to the group.
Send to a Group (already created)
To write and send text messages to a group, follow these steps:
1. From the start screen, tap People.
2. If necessary, touch the screen and slide right to display the together screen.
3. Scroll down to Groups, then select the group you want to send a message to.
4. Tap text.
5. Enter your message.
6. When finished, tap the Send icon.
Send a new picture or video in a message (MMS)
1. Swipe left from the start screen.
2. Scroll down to and tap Messaging.
3. Tap the New message icon at the bottom of the screen.
4. At the To prompt, enter the recipient's phone number or tap Add to choose a contact.
5. Tap the type a message field.
6. Enter your message.
7. Tap Attach.
8. Tap picture.
9. Tap Camera
