1. From the start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
2. Tap the keypad icon.
3. Touch and hold the 1 key.
Set voicemail number
To change the voicemail number on your device, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
2. Swipe to and tap the voicemail tab.
3. Tap More... at the bottom of the screen.
