Text entry mode
To change the text entry or predictive text mode, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, touch the screen and slide left.
2. Scroll down to and tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to and tap keyboard.
4. If desired, tap add keyboards to add an additional keyboard language.
5. For the desired keyboard, tap Tap to change.
6. Select or clear the check boxes for the following settings:
Suggest text
o
Highlight misspelled words
o
Correct misspelled words
o
Suggest emoticons
o
Insert a space after I select a suggestion
o
Insert a period after I double-tap the Spacebar
o
Capitalize the first letter of a sentence
o
Type as I swipe through letters
o
