Manage Messages

Add SMS service center number
To view the SMS service center number, follow these steps:
1. Swipe left from the start screen.
2. Scroll down to and tap Messaging.
3. Tap the More icon.
4. Tap settings.
5. Scroll down to and tap the SMS center number field.
6. View the SMS service center desired number. The default number is +12063130004.
7. This number cannot be changed on this device.
Delete picture messages (MMS)
To delete picture messages (MMS), follow these steps:
1. Swipe left from the start screen.
2. Scroll down to and tap Messaging.
3. From the threads screen, touch and hold the conversation thread.
4. Tap delete.
5. Tap delete again.
6. To delete an individual MMS message:
1. From the 'threads' screen, select a conversation thread.
2. Touch and hold the MMS message you want to delete.
3. Tap delete.
4. Tap delete again.
Delete text messages (SMS)
To delete text messages (SMS), follow these steps:
1. Swipe left from the start screen.
2. Scroll down to and tap Messaging.
3. From the threads screen, select a conversation thread.
4. Touch and hold the text message you want to delete.
5. Tap delete.
6. Tap delete again to confirm.
Save pictures received in a message (MMS)
To save a picture you received as a picture message (MMS), follow these steps:
1. Swipe left from the start screen.
2. Scroll down to and tap Messaging.
