On radio button: Activate this option if a server is available for setting
the time (NTP server = Network Time Protocol server). The IP address
of the time server must be entered, see
Off radio button: Activate this option if a server is not available for set-
ting the time. The settings for "Time Zone", "Date Format", and "Time
Format" must be made by hand.
