    Return Procedure Returned merchandise must be sent prepaid and in the original packing, call tags will not be issued. Package must be clearly labeled with a Return Authorization Number (RMA number). Products returned without an RMA number will be refused.     The power supply is printed on the back of the device. You can power the DS-MP-150 either by the USB connector or by an optional DC5V/1A adaptor in case your computer’s USB interface is not able to provide sufficient power.
