IMPORTANT:
For digitizers which still have the old side
plate with straight edge installed:
It is recommended to replace the side plate
by the "Side Plate Transport Unit (left hand
side)" preventively.
Spare part number see section 1.6.
Installation instructions are part of delivery
of the spare part.
(10) Remove screw at erasure unit.
(11) Disconnect two cables at erasure
unit.
(12) Take out erasure unit.
CAUTION:
IP jams possible if IP guide plate is deformed.
Do not bend IP guide plate at removal.
(13) Slide IP guide plate to the left and lift
it out.
(14) Check condition of the 4 belts in the
cassette unit.
