Take one of the following actions:
• If you need to power cycle the modem, do so now:
a. Unplug your modem's power, leaving the modem connected to the wall jack for your Internet
service.
b. Wait 10 seconds.
c. Plug in your modem's power and turn on your modem.
d. Wait two minutes.
e. Select the I just power cycled the modem and waited for 2 minutes radio button.
f. Click the Next button.
• If you do not need to power cycle the modem, do the following:
a. Select the None of the above radio button.
b. Click the Next button.
Note The Ethernet cable information that is shown in the previous figure does not apply to
the modem.
