- Page 2 Step 1 Parts needed to complete this section Place the washer (O) on the axle (as shown) Connect each back wheel (A) to back axle Pull out plastic tabs from each rear wheel (A1) until the wheel cover opens. Take out white plugs+ screws (A3).

Align spring lock with dropout hole in axle and push rmly into position, until piece "clicks" into place. By using the Phillips screwdriver (P), screw part A3 into part A rmly tighten clockwise.
