  • Page 2 Step 1 Parts needed to complete this section Place the washer (O) on the axle (as shown) Connect each back wheel (A) to back axle Pull out plastic tabs from each rear wheel (A1) until the wheel cover opens. Take out white plugs+ screws (A3).
