The above data are data measured in a constant temperature chamber in which the
temperature surrounding the equipment was kept at 45°C. They are not the same as the
data obtained from measurements using the exclusive box in which the equipment is
normally used.
2.
When using the box, the ambient temperature around the equipment will differ
depending on the air circulation conditions of the box, and the temperature rise inside
the cartridge will differ because of this, so please exercise caution.

Air purity

The cleanness of the environment where this device is installed is expressed as the number of
dust particles, and it is recommended that it be used in an environment with a Class 5 million or
lower dust count. (Class 5 Million: There should be 5 million or fewer dust particles measuring
0.5 µm or larger in one cubic foot of air space. Using the gravimetric method, this corresponds
