optical disk drives.
Note: The MCE3064SS/MCF3064SS optical disk drives are called an ODD, drive, device or target
(TARG) in the explanations in this manual.
Chapter 7 SCSI BUS
This chapter describes in detail the configuration, physical/electrical conditions, interface protocol and
operation of the SCSI (Small Computer System Interface), which is an interface for connecting the
MCE3064SS/MCF3064SS optical disk drives and the user system to each other.
