Install PC Digital Attendant Console Software
Secondary Installation
A secondary Attendant Console runs the console software but accesses the database in the Primary
console PC. For the Secondary there is no pre-requisite check.
1. For Secondary console installation only, follow steps 1 through 14 of the primary console
installation procedure, above.
2. You will need to set the database server (primary console) connection in the following dialog
box:

3. When the Install Shield Wizard Complete dialog box appears select Yes, I want to restart my
computer now. then, click on Finish.

Replace the serverName with the computer name or IP address of the primary CIX
Attendant. Enter the server name followed by \PCATT as this is the SQL instance name.
