Simple Network Management Protocol Installation

If WMI was not detected during the installation process the system will prompt you to install WMI
SNMP. If the WMI was detected do not perform this installation.
Important! Before installing the Strata CIX Attendant Console 6.0 on a PC that has had no pre-
vious versions of the Attendant Console, WMI SNMP must be installed and enabled
before starting the console software installation.
Note This process may require the Windows CD ROM that came with the PC.
1. Windows XP, 2003 – Select: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
For Vista – Select: Start > Control Panel > Programs - The Programs and Features window will
open.
2. Windows XP, 2003 – Select Add/Remove Windows components (on the left pane)
For Vista – Select: Turn Windows Features on and off Click on Turn Windows features on or
off.
