Load media into the printer as follows:
1. Rotate the Printhead Latch clockwise to the unlocked position.
AC Models
2. Remove the Media Hub Guide:
AC Models: Move the Thumb-Latch to the released position and then slide the Media Hub Guide off
the Media Hub.
DC Models: Loosen the Media Guide Handle and slide the Media Hub Guide off the Media Hub.
